Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping policy:

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations unless otherwise agreed in writing. We primarily use UPS and FedEx for parcel shipments. Carrier selection is at Seller’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $150 (before taxes) within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii depending on weight and size.

For B2B transactions, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). For B2C transactions, risk transfers upon delivery to the consumer at the shipping address.

Heavy machinery, palletized shipments, oversized construction equipment, or freight-class items may be shipped via LTL freight carriers. Freight deliveries require curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing. Customer is responsible for ensuring access for freight trucks, providing unloading equipment, and inspecting goods before signing the delivery receipt. Visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery. Failure to do so may void freight damage claims. Additional liftgate, residential delivery, or inside delivery services may incur additional charges.

Return & Refund Policy:

Standard Returns (Change of Mind): Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Defective products may be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund. Non-returnable items include custom orders, installed or used equipment, modified products, and clearance items.

Commercial customers may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% for non-defective returns. No restocking fee will apply to consumer returns unless clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error or product defect.

If you need to make a return, please fill out the Return Request Form.

FLORIDA CONSUMER RETURN & REFUND POLICY (B2C ONLY): This section applies only to products purchased for personal, family, or household use. Consumers may return unused products within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Non-Returnable Items: • Custom or special-order products, • Used or installed products • Products damaged by misuse. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days after inspection. If a product is defective, Seller may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. This policy does not limit rights provided under applicable Florida or federal consumer protection laws.

Construction tools and industrial equipment involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Seller shall not be liable for injuries resulting from improper installation, failure to follow instructions, use beyond rated capacity, lack of maintenance, failure to use PPE, or unauthorized modification. Commercial purchasers are solely responsible for OSHA compliance, jobsite safety, and hazard assessments. Defective products must be reported within 30 days. Warranty claims beyond 30 days are governed by the applicable written limited warranty. Seller may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.

This policy is intended to comply with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. §501.201 et seq.). Nothing in this document limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable Florida or federal law.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States.
